The Glorious Mysteries are about what happened after Jesus died. The First Glorious Mystery one brings us to Jesus’ grave where he was buried after dying on the cross. On Easter Sunday, his friends found the grave empty. In this photo Jesus is shown with a three part nimbus representing the three parts of God. His wound from the solders sward is visible. Two soldiers are shown, one who believes and one who does not. Notice one solider has a nimbus, the other does not.
The window pane photos are of thistle, a symbol of earthly sorrow and sin and a butterfly representing the resurrection of Christ
